Our hospital is a family we brought together 30 years ago under the name Atsinus, marking the start of a great journey in 1994 as the first private medical facility in the Kirovohrad region.

We started with a few rented rooms and beds at the Kirovohrad Regional Hospital, overcoming numerous challenges, knocking on the doors of government and administrative offices, enduring lengthy court cases, humiliation, and threats from certain groups. Yet, we steadfastly pursued our ultimate goal.
In the early 1990s, we launched a private health clinic offering mostly day-care services: just three rooms and a mini-operating room.
We continuously worked hard to become the best, earning the trust of people with their most valuable asset – their health!
In December 2007, we opened the doors of a newly built hospital housing a multi-specialty medical center with 50 inpatient beds.
In May 2023, a new, large, modern facility was opened.
We now have a cutting-edge surgical unit with four operating rooms: urgent, general, microscopic, and X-ray surgical.
In 2010, we introduced vascular neurosurgery.
Our powerful surgical team treats the most severe pathologies, including hypertensive brain hemorrhages, brain vascular abnormalities, atherosclerosis, and pathological vascular tortuosity of the neck and brain.
Since 2012, we have been treating musculoskeletal system diseases using the latest joint replacement techniques.
We are proud that our hospital is equipped with the most advanced medical technology.
We have a next-generation multi-slice CT scanner.
Modern software has the option of conducting fluoroscopy in real time, qualitatively diagnosing pathologies of the heart and blood vessels.
With an injector for contrast agents, we can perform biopsies under CT guidance.
Our diagnostic center was the first in the region to offer complex cancer screening.
We also added an MRI unit. Our machine completes tomography in just 15-20 minutes.
Additionally, we have a lithotripter, advanced Doppler ultrasound machines capable of projecting 3D color images, and tools for elastography of the liver, breast, and thyroid, which provide diagnostic accuracy comparable to traumatic biopsy.
Our angiograph has opened numerous opportunities for performing surgeries under X-ray guidance and has boosted the development of endovascular surgery (such as vena cava filter insertion, artery stenting, radiofrequency catheter ablation, tumor chemoembolization, and more).
Saint Luke’s Hospital | Acinus is a hub of medical science in the region.
According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine’s order from November 10, 2010, the hospital was granted the status of a clinical institution of the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. This makes us the first private institution in Ukraine to receive this clinical status.
We collaborate with departments such as thoracoabdominal surgery, oncology, pediatric oncology, anesthesiology, intensive care, transfusiology, and hematology.
Our doctors are proud of their original developments, such as unique treatments for achalasia using botulinum toxin and cardiodilatation, asthma treatment using botulinum toxin, and pacemaker implantation.
For the first time globally, our hospital applied a method for relieving bronchospasm by blocking neuromuscular transmission in the bronchi.
